I’m a London-based product design lead with ten years’ experience across startups, scaleups, agencies and large organisations.

I’ve led design across zero-to-one products, redesigns, growth and retention - with experience spanning fintech, healthtech and mobility. My work sits between strategy and execution, helping teams make sense of ambiguous problems, shape direction and move from early thinking to well-crafted products that can scale.

I care about the foundations behind great product work as well as the surface - improving workflows, building and evolving design systems, growing teams and creating sustainable ways of working. Working closely with founders, PMs and engineers, I help create momentum around complex challenges and build considered, consistent products that perform well and support long-term growth.

Outside of product work, I mentor product designers to support their professional growth.
